Edetate Disodium, Dihydrate is a chelating agent used to control heart rhythm disturbances caused by a heart medication. It is a solid that has no colour and is water soluble. It is mainly used as a complexing agent for the dissolution of metal ions in fields such as medicine, industry, cosmetics and laboratories.
