Overview

Sodium Citrate, Anhydrous, USP is used to treat certain metabolic problems (acidosis) caused by kidney disease. It is used as a flavorant and preservative. The FCC grade meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications.
